Our goal is to defeat sedentarism by rising awareness about how important is participate in a regular physical activity and how reducing the amount of time you spend being sedentary may positively affect your future mental health and sleep.
A sedentary person, according to the parameters established by the World Health Organization, is one that does not meet the minimum daily recommended physical activity time. A figure that is equal to 30 minutes, not necessarily continuous.
You do not need to be an expert in any sport or spent a lot of money to overcome a sedentary life. Let’s defeat Sedentarism together!!
