Defeating Sedentarism
#projectDS
A sedentary Lifestyle or Sedentarism is defined as a way of life with a lot of sitting and lying down, with very little to no physical activity. Around the world, people have become more sedentary spending more time using a computer or an electronic device, watching TV, or playing video games.
Sedentarism has been linked to mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and dementia. Many of the sedentary effects and physical inactivity can be reversed, with light to moderate exercise.
